  My Story

  Udi Urman is the Director of the Lambert Center for Arts and Ideas and the The Sonabend Center for Israel at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan.
  Previously, Urman served as the Executive Director of Friends of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. He was the Director of Cultural Affairs at the Israeli Consulate in New England and New York, was a Board Member at NEMPAC, and has taught at Brandeis University. He specializes in the Arts and in cultural spheres and has extensive experience developing and executing large-scale fundraisers and nonprofit projects. In his current role, he is raising brand awareness through producing exhibitions, events, tours, and more. Udi is the founder of NY Public Art, a platform for tours and public art projects in New York.

  אודי אורמן הוא מנהל מרכז למברט לאמנות ורעיונות כמו גם מרכז סונאבנד לישראל ב JCC של מנהטן. בעבר שימש אודי כמנכ”ל עמותת ידידי בצלאל בארה”ב, ופועל במרחב האמנות הציבורית בניו יורק. כמו”כ שימש אודי כנספח התרבות של ישראל בקונסוליה בבוסטון וכמו כן במחלקת הדוברות של הקונסוליה הישראלית בניו יורק. אודי היה מרצה באוניברסיטת ברנדייס וחבר בורד בארגון NEMPAC. במסגרת תפקידו הנוכחי מארגן אודי תערוכות רבות בניו יורק כמו גם סיורים וארועים חודשיים בנושא אמנות ישראלית. בשנה האחרונה הוא ייסד את NY Public Art, פלטפורמה של סיורים ופרויקטים של אמנות במרחב הציבורי בניו יורק.
