My Story
Sivan Arbel is an Israeli vocalist, composer, and educator who has performed all around the world in places such as The Lincoln Center in New York City, the Minsk Jazz Festival in Belarus, Bratislava Jazz Days Festival in Slovakia, Boston Jazz Festival, and the 4020 Festival in Austria, to name just a few.
Arbel holds a B.A in Jazz Performance from the Newpark Music Center in Dublin and is a graduate of the Jazz Performance Program at the Rimon School of Music in Israel. She has collaborated with musicians around the world such as the Japanese band Ichimujin, Brazilian Pandeiro player Túlio Araújo, the ‘Groove It Forward’ Project, and pianist Guy Mintus. Arbel has also released two albums: Broken Lines in 2016 and Change of Light in 2019, which was selected as the Best Vocal Disc of 2019 by Jazz2K.

סיון ארבל הינה זמרת ויוצרת ישראלית המתגוררת בימים אלה בניו יורק. היא מופיעה על במות ברחבי העולם בליווי הרכב שבהנהגתה, ושובה את ליבם של מאזיניה עם שירים, עיבודים ולחנים פרי עטה. בין המקומות בהם הופיעה: פסטיבל הג׳אז בסלובקיה, פסטיבל הג׳אז בבוסטון, פסטיבל הג׳אז פורט-גרין ופסטיבל 4020 באוסטריה. ארבל בעלת תואר ראשון בביצוע ג׳אז מבית הספר Newpark Music Center אשר בדבלין ובוגרת בית הספר רימון אשר בישראל.
ארבל שיתפה פעולה עם אמנים מכל העולם כמו ההרכב היפני איצ׳ימוג׳ין, נגן הפנדירו הברזילאי טוליו אראוז׳ו, פרוייקט Groove it Forward, ונגן הפסנתר הישראלי גיא מינטוס. ארבל הוציאה שני אלבומים: Broken Lines (2016) ו Change of Light (2019) אשר נבחר על ידי Jazz2K לאלבום ג׳אז הווקאלי הטוב ביותר לשנת 2019.
