Hebrew 2nd Language 1st-4th Grade

Brochim Haba’im (welcome) to our Hebrew for Non-Hebrew speakers:
We will focus on learning the four fundamentals of language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing in Hebrew.
We will start by learning to decode the Hebrew vowels, consonants and Aleph-Bet (Hebrew letters) and joining them together to create words and sentences while learning the typical words used in the Jewish culture, holidays and traditions.
We will learn to greet each other, name our family members, colors of the rainbow, names of different furniture and many more age appropriate exciting topics.
We will learn to converse in a basic conversation in Hebrew and recognize, read and write words and short sentences in Hebrew.
Our on-line classes will take place in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere where children will be engaged in a learning environment through fun games, short projects, Israeli and Hebrew songs and stories.
